These terms apply when you book the Beyond 11 turf, in the Beyond 11 app or at the turf's desk, and when you use the app to manage a team or score a match. By booking or using the app you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Beyond 11 is run by BEYOND11, a partnership firm (GSTIN 33ABHFB4255C1ZW), of Survey no 16 17, Ishwarya Garden Main Road (end), Vengavasal, Medavakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600100, India. Partners: Kannan Sundararao and Jankin Kannan Sarvesh. You can reach us at beyond11official@gmail.com.
2. Your account
- You sign in with your own mobile number and a code sent to it by SMS. Never share that code with anyone, including people who say they are from Beyond 11.
- Use your real name, so team mates and the venue know who you are.
- You are responsible for what is done with your account. Tell us at once if you lose your phone or your number changes hands.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile, then Delete account).
3. Booking the turf
- The turf is open from 6 AM to 2 AM. A booking is 1 to 6 hours long, in 30-minute steps, and a booking that runs past midnight is one booking.
- Before you pay, the app shows the price, any offer that applies, the least you can pay now and the cancellation deadline for that booking.
- When you book, the time is held for you for a short while you pay. The app shows how long. If the payment is not completed in that time, the time is released for others.
- A booking is confirmed as soon as the payment goes through, whether you paid the 10% minimum or the full amount. The app shows the confirmed booking at once.
- The rest is due before you play. Pay it in the app, or at the turf's desk in cash or by UPI.
- At the desk, staff can book a free time for you and take the payment there.
- When a team posts its booking to find an opponent, that team pays for the booking (at least 10% to confirm it), and the same rules apply.
4. Paying
- Payments in the app go through Razorpay, our payment gateway, by UPI, card or netbanking. You type your card, UPI or bank details on Razorpay's checkout, never in Beyond 11's own screens, and we never see or keep them.
- You pay at least 10% of the total (exactly 10%, not rounded up), or any amount up to the full total.
- Prices are in Indian rupees. You pay the price shown: there is no booking fee or convenience fee.
- A payment counts only when Razorpay confirms it. If money leaves your account but the app does not confirm the booking, we check with Razorpay: if the payment succeeded, the booking is confirmed, or, if the time could no longer be kept, the whole payment is refunded.
- Beyond 11 never asks for your card number, UPI PIN, password or a one-time code by phone or message.
- Paying with a card or an account you are not allowed to use is fraud. We can cancel the booking, close the account and report it.
5. Cancelling and refunds
- You can cancel a booking in the app. If you cancel 12 hours or more before the start, everything you paid for it is refunded. If you cancel later, nothing is refunded.
- If you do not come, nothing is refunded.
- If the turf cancels your booking, for example for rain or maintenance, everything you paid for it is refunded, whatever the time.
- If you pay more than the booking's total, the extra is refunded.
- Refunds of payments made in the app go back automatically, through Razorpay, to the card, UPI account or bank account you paid from, and reach it in 5 to 7 working days. Money paid at the desk is refunded at the desk or to a UPI ID you give.
6. Teams and scoring
- A team's captain and vice-captains manage the team. They can add players, including by mobile number. A player added by number gets an invitation and can decline it.
- Scores are entered by players. The other team can confirm or dispute a scorecard. We do not check scores ourselves, and statistics are only as correct as the scorecards.
- Do not use names, team names or notes that are abusive, that pretend to be someone else, or that pretend to be Beyond 11 or its staff. We can rename or remove them.
7. Fair use
Do not hold times you do not mean to pay for, try to get into other people's accounts, overload the service, or use the app for anything unlawful. We can limit or close an account that does.
8. At the turf
The venue's rules apply at the turf:
- Wear non-marking sports shoes only.
- No smoking, alcohol or drugs on the premises.
- Arrive 10 minutes before your time, and finish on time: the next booking starts on the dot.
- Damage to the turf, the nets or the lights is charged to the person who booked.
- Staff may stop play for safety, for example in rain or lightning, or for unsafe behaviour.
- Follow the staff's instructions.
9. The service
- We work to keep the app available and correct, but we do not promise that it will never be interrupted or free of mistakes.
- If a booking goes wrong because of a fault in the app, tell us and we will put it right: by keeping your time where we can, or by refunding what you paid for it.
- As far as the law allows, our responsibility for a booking is limited to the amount you paid for it.

How we handle your information is explained in the privacy policy.
11. Changes and law
- We may change these terms. We will update this page and its date, and tell you in the app about an important change. Bookings already made keep the terms they were made under.
- These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Chennai have jurisdiction.
